About Stirling PDF
Stirling PDF is a powerful, locally-hosted web application for performing a
wide range of operations on PDF files — merging, splitting, converting,
rotating, compressing, adding passwords, OCR, and more than 50 tools in total.
Everything runs on your own server; files are processed locally and are not
sent to any third party. Configs, logs, and OCR training data are persisted to
local volumes.
